Longevity Guarantee

The Stability Promise

How continuity, ownership, and product usefulness are protected beyond a single company moment.

Because the company is independent and owner-operated, our stability is built on a philosophy of ownership—not the "growth at all costs" cycle.

Most modern technology is designed for an "exit"—to be sold to a larger corporation or to scale until it collapses under investor pressure. This often ruins community tools and leaves users stranded when the "safety net" fails. We are protecting you from that cycle.

The "No-Exit" Promise

This company is not "for sale." We do not answer to investors or a board looking for a payout. This means your "Town Square" won't suddenly be sold to a data broker or a tech conglomerate. By remaining independent and self-funded, we ensure that the decision to keep these tools running stays exactly where it belongs: with the people who built them.

Our Commitment to You

Because I am in control of the code and the company, I can personally guarantee that if operations were ever to cease, we commit to the following principles to ensure your products remain functional:

1. Open Source Release

We will release the core source code of our active products under an open-source license. This allows the community to maintain and host these services independently, forever.

2. Data Sovereignty

Your data is yours—not a financial asset. We guarantee you will always have the ability to export your information in standard, non-proprietary formats.

3. Local-First Design

We design our tools to work locally first. If we ever cease operations, we commit to providing a final update that removes all licensing checks, ensuring the tool works locally in your Drive forever.

A Personal Bond

This isn't just a corporate policy; it's a commitment from the person who wrote the code. Because the company is self-funded, the decision to "unlock" features or open-source the repository is entirely my own. We are building for utility and community, not for a valuation.

Our Promise on Payments

When you pay for a tool, you own its utility.

One-Time Payments

If you've purchased a product outright, it should remain functional on your device indefinitely. If cloud services are required, we will provide an open-source pathway to maintain that functionality.

Subscriptions

If operations were to cease, all active subscriptions would terminate. However, we commit to "unlocking" core Pro features in the final open-source release, ensuring your investment is preserved.

"Technology should be as enduring as the communities it serves."
