Inkify is designed so the customer-owned Google Workspace remains the system of record. The Hub can render and coordinate the signing page, licensing, safe configuration metadata, and optional encrypted signer profiles, but it is not the place where customer submissions or signed PDFs live.

Signers get a polished, mobile-optimized experience. Underneath, Inkify submits natively to the customer’s Google Form so the customer-owned add-on can generate PDFs and send signed copies from the owner’s Google context.
