Continuity commitment

The current scope, practical limits, and intended path for long-term access to naborlydone products and data.

Version 1.0 / effective July 13, 2026

Purpose and scope

This commitment describes how naborlydone approaches product continuity if a product is retired or the company can no longer operate it. It is a statement of current practices and intended actions, not a promise that every dependency can operate indefinitely.

It applies to the public products listed in the naborlydone catalog while they remain actively maintained.

What exists today

  • Product-specific privacy and data-handling information.
  • Store or checkout records for paid access.
  • Export or customer-owned storage paths where the product currently supports them.
  • Documentation and a company support route for continuity questions.

If a product is retired

  1. Give reasonable notice through the product, website, or customer email when contact information is available.
  2. Explain the retirement date, affected features, and any available export steps.
  3. Stop new recurring charges for a service that will no longer be provided.
  4. Document any practical offline, self-hosted, source-available, or migration path that can be offered safely and lawfully.

Paid licenses and subscriptions

A one-time purchase does not make third-party cloud services permanent. When a locally installed feature can continue without a company service, naborlydone will avoid disabling it solely because sales have ended. Recurring subscriptions would be ended when the corresponding service is no longer supplied, subject to store and payment-provider rules.

Open-source pathway

An open-source pathway means evaluating whether company-owned source code, documentation, or a limited self-hosting package can be released under an appropriate license. It does not include third-party code, credentials, customer data, proprietary platform services, or material that naborlydone does not have the right to publish.

Dependencies and limitations

Products may depend on Apple, Google, payment processors, hosting providers, AI services, or changing operating-system and marketplace requirements. Those services remain outside naborlydone's control. Security, privacy, legal, financial, and technical constraints may change which continuity option is responsible or possible.

Updates and questions

Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
